Duluth police are asking residents to keep an eye out for Ashley St.Germaine, a 28-year-old woman who was reported missing after last being seen in the Duluth area on August 17, 2026.
According to Missing People In America, an organization that tracks and verifies missing person cases across the country, a formal report was filed with local law enforcement and entered into the national system. Officers confirmed they had contact with St.Germaine on August 10, at which point she appeared to be safe. She has not been located since.
St.Germaine is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing around 170 pounds. She has a large tattoo on her left arm and forearm that could help identify her.
Investigators say she has ties to several Duluth neighborhoods, including downtown, Central Hillside, and Lincoln Park, and is known to ride Duluth Transit Authority buses on a regular basis. Anyone who spots her on a DTA route or in one of those areas is encouraged to contact police right away.
